I received an email from VidStatus with an offer to sponsor my videos. When I replied to ask how to go about it, I was asked to use Whatsapp "for talking further." That sounds suspicious to me so I am withholding my reply for now. Is there anyone here who had heard of that company VidStatus? It is an Indian company.
After doing some googling it seems like company is legit. As they have video and content platform named vistatus. They are kind of like UCbrowser news app. They take permission from you to run ads on the top of your video. They do share revenue. But such type of companies be it indian, american or any other nation, avoid making use of it. Reason being you lose your youtube monetization views when you permit them to use your videos. Unlike companies like fullscreen, these app based platforms are not good earners.
they are legit but still, asking you to use what's app is I bit blurrrrr. I never heard of them say that before! mostly they to response to the email or link you and video. You still can get spam emails that are fake, meaning people or spammers sounds fake things using legit company's
