YouTube community forum

Hello all. I have been thinking of starting a YouTube community forum to share tips and tricks of content creation and also to provide support for aspiring content creators.

However I’m concerned as to whether a forum is something that fills a need somewhere in the content space. Are there any other content creators here that might benefit from a resource like this?

To those that do content creation or have previously tried, or even those that haven’t taken the dive for whatever reason, would a forum help you? I need someone to break this idea down for me and validate it.

Next year will be my 10th year on YouTube.

I've been trying to go to the VidIQ Discord channel daily to engage but the format sucks. I'm used to forums and I miss them. Tube Buddy is big and it's full of cliques so I never really enjoy engaging on it. EDIT: Looks like the Tube Buddy forum closed down.

If you make the forum, let me know, I'll join. 🙂
