Can this be used for already not new accounts but old accounts?

It doesn't say there are any limits on the type of account it can be used on (it should work on old and new accounts, there's no small print or anything saying otherwise), but it won't work if you've already used another promo code on your account (which is why I have no use for it).

I got one of these in the post a year or so ago.

The account has to be under 90 days old.

Did your voucher say that specifically? I read that only applies to vouchers which say they're new account deals, but mine says no such thing.
