@Excommunicado, what was your inspiration to make a general discussion forum?

I had recently returned to forums and there seemed to be a lack of general discussion forums. There were 2-3 established ones but nothing close to what there once was. I saw a void in the market and given my experience and shortcomings in the niche in the past, it felt like unfinished business so I took the opportunity. I also wanted to restore that old school feeling of forums and provide a platform for people to connect, talk and debate freely.

At the moment, I’m advertising via my signature and in promotion sections of other forums.
