what got you started in the world of virtual pets and the various games surrounding them?

I started my journey in the world of virtual pets when I owned a Gigapet as a young kid. From then on, my passion and love for the world of virtual pets grew deeper. Additionally, playing Neopets from 2003-2004 had a huge influence on me and inspired me to start an online community about virtual pets.

Do you think there will be a new boom in the near future for virtual pets?

Thank you! Yes. I truly believe so. There’s a lot of new games that are being developed into the metaverse/blockchain world and there’s a rise of new mobile pet games entering the genre as well. It’s looking good for the virtual pets industry.

My favorite pet game is Powerpets with Marapets being my second favorite, but my all time favorite pet game is Neopets.
