I like it better, but can you have the slogan fit in a little better and change the icon to a ladder or something, I do not want that icon.

I want a ladder on it somewhere, like up to the globe or something, perhaps have the globe b/w and a ladder the same as the text color reaching to the top of the globe.

Really can't find any icons for ladders.

Never mind about the ladder, Can you just add some kinda line going around the globe to show world wide, and can you just try your hardest to improve on it and Work hard on the ad banner.

like make the globe the same color as text also.
