The skin doesn't look bad. It actually fits pretty well for a clan-based forum. Just the banner needs some work. It doesn't match the skin, so I suggest getting a new one.

Site Layout - (Out of 20)
I wouldn't have two separate introduction forums for different clan members. Just have one introduction forum for all.
I would also remove the "Guest" forums as they are a waste of space. In addition, I wonder why you have a PSP forum there when most of the games your forum is about are on the Xbox 360/PC/PS3, and you don't even have forums for those platforms.

The admin's register date is 21-08-07 meaning your forum is over 1 year old, and it only has 53 members and just about 200 posts. I really have to honestly admit that this is horrible. You really need to start advertising.

Spelling seems to be okay (although you spelt "Admin" wrong and "where" on some board descriptions), but the grammar is terrible. Use capitals when you need to, put in some periods (although not necessary), etc.
