When selling a theme it should not be so similar to another theme, especially not one that is available for free.

When selling a theme it should not be so similar to another theme, especially not one that is available for free.

It does not look that similar to me, plus his has a lot more features.

#2) There are no similarities at all as they are coded differently entirely, You cannot find any code matches for those 2 themes.
#3) There is a reason this is released as a premium theme, because of its features.

I don't find they have to much in common. And ouch, looks like Tindris sorta got showed :O

Nonetheless. Nice theme! Personally I would have the design changed a bit for my self when using, however I'm sure others will like it just as it is.
