@Aragon: Heres the message it gives me at the end and I cant get it through:


1) The password does not contain the required characters.

Dabomb, I can answer the second question for you. That has to do with the COPPA laws. If you try to register on a board while under 13, you are deemed to young. That's when the parental guidance forms come into play.
 
1)the password must have mixed case of letters, numbers, and symbols.

2) that would appear if you said you were born after july 14 1997
