He said he will get mine done.
If he doesn't follow through than just don't do exchanges with him.

He replied to my PM and said he will get my posts done ASAP. I'll give him a week until I consider him "unreliable".

Meh, I gave him a -1 rep. i know the person is login in everyday by looking at his 'last visit', but the person isn't doing anything.
