10 things that everyone can (and should) learn to keep their computer fast, safe, and easy to use.

1. Keep Your Personal Information Safe and Secure
2. iPhone users can enable Find My iPhone, and Android users should enable the Android Device Manager, which allows you to track your phone if you lose it.
3. Instantly Share a File Between Two Computers
4. Keep Your Computer in Tip-Top Shape with Regular Maintenance
5. Access Your Home Computer From Anywhere
6. Keep Your PC Free of Crap
7. Set Up Your Network (and Fix Wi-Fi Problems)
8. Protect Yourself From Viruses
9. Do Everything Faster with Shortcuts
10. Set Up a Simple Backup System

I think your point #3 is a cloud storage, isn't it? Our home desktop used to have Google Drive which is very convenient because the free 15 gb can be accessed from any computer as long as there is internet access. But sadly, Google Drive has stopped its support for Windows XP which is the OS of our desktop. So now we are using the usb stick for portability of files.

When someone sends you an email claiming to be the Prince of Nigeria... It would pay not to take their words at face value or to click any of their links. In fact, don't click links in emails AT ALL.

That's how so many viruses spread and emails aren't always what they appear, even if you think it's from a trustworthy source.

If you need any kind of help, then you can ask your question....
