So, you're here for a quick buck, huh? Perfect. Let's get started... :pompous:

Answer these questions, and once I've read your reply I'll send 100 FP$ your way! Please elaborate.

  • What brings you back to Forum Promotion?
  • What's your favorite aspect of Forum Promotion?
  • Briefly explain what else we could do to improve your FP experience.

Pretty easy, huh? Cha-ching! :greedy:

  1. I still think there's a lot of work that can be done, and even though i'm no longer staff, I still share my opinion. In this case, a lot of people might agree/disagree with it, but i'll still try to change things for the better. xD
  2. It has a legacy behind it. A lot of people would say it's not a great legacy based on the past few owners, but I think Cameron still can change it for the better. I've worked with him in the past, and he has some good ideas.
  3. Less staffing; more freedom unless absolutely necessary (Like the Carlos/John issue). We also need more members to post and create topics, rather than having staff do it.

Here is an forth question. What would happen to FP if most active users left? And that's included myself, who post more then any member here.

No need to give me FP Cash unless you insist on decreasing your supply. XD

What brings you back to Forum Promotion? I guess it's a combination of nostalgia and the fact that there are still a few friendly faces around. All the thousands of hours that I put into this place make it difficult for me just to forget about it. At one point, I considered a great amount of the people here my friends, so I guess I like to see what they're doing as well if they happen to be around.

What's your favorite aspect of Forum Promotion? I guess my favorite aspect is all the potential it has. There aren't a lot of forums out there that have the number of posts and registered users that Forum Promotion does. The next step is to capitalize on that potential, and there are many ways to do that.

Briefly explain what else we could do to improve your FP experience. Many people, including myself, feel kind of left out because most of the conversation on how to improve FP takes place in hidden forums that most people cannot access. I feel that you cannot have a conversation about improving a community without allowing the members of that community to participate completely in the discussion. I do not expect every single suggestion that community members make to be implemented, but it's important to reply in a manner that makes them feel heard and gives a specific explanation as to why that suggestion can or cannot be implemented. There also needs to be an opportunity to continue the conversation to come up with a compromise or reinforce overwhelming community support when it exists. This topic, for example, is a good place to have an honest conversation about the forum. It would be nice if many of the ideas that were considered were specifically mentioned in the Community Matters forum so that community members weigh in. Not everything has to be a secret.
