First one is transparent wit the lighting - looks better on darker background

They look good, but not what i'm looking for. Not a fan of the arrows. Maybe follow along the lines of the default banner more so?

I like it, but not a fan of the font used.. I'm thinking you can widen the banner a bit as well.
