it's justa nother advertising site. All advertisment sites are a copy of another one. There's not really different ideas on how to promote. this gives the user more places to get their site out there

I dont think so. Forum Advertiser is a very unique forum. Well it was until people started copying it. Also your slogan "Advertise! Get Results" is pretty much the same as "Promote! Get Results!" But it doesnt really matter as its up to you to do whatever you want with your forum. People will notice that its a new forum and extremely similar to Forum Advertiser and Forum Promotion and that might reflect bad on you and your forums reputation. You should be creative with your forum and think of new ideas instead of saying "it's just another advertising site."

I think this is just a copycat site based on several other forums,

I think you need to become more unique,

add new services and get a better style or maybe a custom style, but maybe it would help getting paid hosting -😉-
