Just have a quick question:

- Would you have use of FTP backup space and how much would you pay per 100Gb? Or would you go for smaller amounts?

Thanks!

Sam 🙂

The 100GB sounds about right. I have at least that many GB in home movies stored on my computer and no where to put them. I filled up my Google Drive space and most other free storage sites online. I'm trying to upload as much as I can to Youtube but it takes forever with my internet speed. :/

Mega.co.nz? 50Gb free and very cheap extra storage.

I'd definitely consider it. Pricing would need to be reasonable though, considering that you could get an external hard drive of that size, or even larger, for pretty cheap. Maybe $19.95 per month?

True- although you cannot access your external hard drive from everywhere. I was asking because I had considered getting a small server from online.net or somewhere similar with a 1 TB drive (for HolderHost backups). I would have needed say 4 people to take up around half the drive for $4 a month each or something so we weren't paying the full cost. We have decided to backup with Copy.com for now.
