A lot of this list is really out of date now.
There is a lot of repetation on the list. Some of the sites mentioned on the list are no longer functioning and some of the promotional methods no longer work. Some methods mentioned on the list will endanger your site for instance, using Traffic Exchange. I have been running blogs and websites since 2015 and I have tried a lot of free and paid promotional methods.
