Instructions:
1. Go to [url}http://www.nationstates.net/page=create_nation1[/url] and create a nation.
2. Click on Pharos and move to the region.
3. Go to the forums (http://s15.zetaboards.com/Pharos/index/) and register.
4. Apply for citizenship in the Citizenship Applications forum.
After that, we will give you citizenship and then I will be paying 15 FPS for every forum post you make.
