To be honest, it looks very similar to the one made by Kik, and if I had to choose between Kik and yours, I'd go with Kik. I'm not saying that I don't want them similar though. What I'm saying is that they look almost identical to one another, apart from the mascots and the text font, etc.

The "Young" and "Admin" text should in line with eachother. You put "Admin" too much above the "Young" text that it looks out of place. I'm not really liking the mascots/people you've put into the banner either. Together they both just seem unfitting.

A very good attempt though. Feel free to submit another entry if you want.

@unihood: Definitely much better than the last ones you submitted. However, the title "Young Admin" seems very unfitting, and they aren't in line with eachother. Maybe try a more professional text?

Okay, so here are my thoughts so far.

I really like the following banners (Kik, unihood, Rok):

Kik = http://i39.tinypic.com/2144k8z.png
unihood = http://i43.tinypic.com/flbla9.png
Rok = http://i67.servimg.com/u/f67/13/67/77/07/1510.png

I'm liking the characters that Kik used in her banner. Something like that seems fitting and professional.

I'm liking the background from unihood's header.

I like the simplicity of Rok's header.

Rok, I think if you changed the overall color to the shade of blue in unihood/Kik header, added some people (like the ones in Kik's header) to the right, and made the background more like the one in unihood's header, you might just end up winning. Or anybody else who does that.

I previewed the headers on the blog, and they all overall looked great on it.
