1) Take the above image and resize it into a forum New/Old post icon (56x54 should be fine).
2) Then once you've resized it, make a gray version of it.
The gray version will be my "No New Posts" icon while the colored version will be my "New Posts" icon.
First person to do this simple task gives 150FP.
