You should consider adding a static background such as a screenshot from a popular game. That way, you match your theme to your audience, get rid of some of that black, and scroll your site down a static image (which is pretty cool, in my opinion).

Would increase the load time a fair bit in my opinion and would also stop it been as mobile friendly as it currently is.
