I am selling 2 Million Emails in a list. These are all real emails not bots or generated emails and I gained them legally. Great offer and potential to earn a lot 🙂. They are in a .txt file for ease of use.

www.spamcop.net so if I were you, I would not give that list out because you are using other peoples personal information to gain profit. Which I believe is illegal and immoral(IMO).

You cannot fault a car company for selling a car to a person who then drives under the influence. You cannot blame this person for selling emails which may / may not be used for spamming. No where in their post does it say anything remotely related to mass emailing. I may want the list because I like to add people to my FaceBook account for all that can be judged.

It still is illegal to sell peoples personal e-mails to gain profit from it. As far as I know.

It's illegal if you don't have permission from the email owners to sell their email to somebody, so since I assume you didn't email and ask all these 2 million people then they replied saying it was ok, then it is illegal lol.

Aslong as you've obtained them legally then it's ok. I mean to get emails legally you have to have a site where someone willing enters their email.

Besides some people, myself included frown upon this.

It is not illegal, where does it say that the email account is owned by them, it is owned by the person who bought the domain and owns the site.

Erm and how do you know these arent @hotmail.com or @yahoo.com etc?

Go look in their TOS'S and see what you find.

Don't ask me to because I CBF reading them like everyone else haha but I know it is in there :lol:

It doesnt matter what domain they go under, it is legally owned by the person who pays for the domain and owns the site.

Ok mate, good email yahoo or hotmail and ask them if you can spam 2million email accounts that are @hotmail.com or @yahoo.com

It depends if the email accounts that are on the list agree to it. Anyways I wish you best of luck selling it but I just don't see the point, im sure when you legally obtained these emails they werent agreeing to this.

P.S: Check if [email protected] is there and remove it if it is? LOL.

None of the emails are from members of the forum. I got them from my uncles site. Anyway, if anyone wants to buy them, thats cool, otherwise don't worry.

The address is the legal property of the respective company, or domain and service provider. They have the finial say, however collecting lists such as these aren't illegal as it's no different from collecting a list of phone numbers from the phone book.

Just because you may disagree with getting emails from lists like this doesn't make it illegal.

Honestly I think $15 is a bit much, $10 might be better ($5 for a million). Just my thoughts though.
