Because of the small dimensions, is it OK to abbreviate team leader to TL because otherwise it becomes unreadable. You could include text below the rank graphic like here at FP.

Retired colour= FFCC00
Also RTL and PTL aren't required anymore.
Moderator colour= 00AA00

Before I do the affiliate button I need to know if it is being placed as one of the buttons on the user tool bar at the top of your forum along with 'Login' etc. or is it meant to be a whole new button else where?

No, the affiliate button is if i want to affiliate with a site.

Also the mod rank is for moderator team leader... Just make it MTL.
