We do actually I think. Also I can't see how SH is unreliable if backups are taken every day 😉 Also so far we have 6 resellers we are currently hosting, and they have had no problems.

We don't suspend/terminate any cpanels unless they are breaking the TOS. And we don't go into peoples cpanels unless they want us to help them.

Very untrue. A forum i'm an administrator on was hacked by a former SH Staff member. That member went into our cPanel, editing files. Also went into phpMyAdmin and made his self a founder on the forum. He then proceeded to make another, jr. admin a founder.
A bit after that they stole all of the forum's files, style files, and the forum db.

Impossible. It was indeed a former SH staff member. The cPanel password was a randomly generated one.

Impossible. It was indeed a former SH staff member. The cPanel password was a randomly generated one.

In fact it wasn't. And yes it was but he was no longer staff for about 2 weeks before that happened.

Also I would never order hosting from such an unprofessional host who's staff is completely clueless and has nothing better to do than spam sites and snoop around accounts.

Please name one thing that the staff are completly clueless about. And what are you speaking about spamming sites and snooping around accounts? 😕

Tayne is on a VPS that has 512 mb of RAM, if you were to actually use all that space with a reseller the server will not be able to cape.
