2 Terabyte External Harddrive!

I saw a 2 TB external harddrive at office depot today for only $100! I was like wow and will buy it next week.

You guys should go out and buy one if you have an Office Depot near you 🙂 If not and this topic does not pertain to you... have you ever used an external harddrive?

Sounds like a good deal. I think Office Depot and Staples Merged. I wonder if this deal is also available at Staples.

I use a External Hard drive for backing up my files, but rarely for playing files since my current drive is big enough to hold all my files I have on my computer. Plus, I'm too lazy to turn my external drive on and off all the time.

I use a 320GB external and I have yet to fill it up. Have fun filling up 2 TB. 😉 But yet, I have 2 2TB HDD internal.

Great deal for $100, but is 2 TB even worth having? My 80 GB computer still isn't even full and the most I would ever have is maybe 10-15 GB of music.

I can't say the same. 🙂 Wish I had a bigger HD, mine is not full but is always great to have more space *just in case* 😀

I have a 500GB internal, and a 2TB external. I need a lot because I do a lot of 1080p HD video editing.

Thanks THT. My netbook's HDD is almost full (149GB Total), and so is my 320GB External...Gotta get another one, might as well get 2TB.

I have 3 2TB external HDD's. 🙂

One is filled with music...
One is filled with films...
One is filled with *cough* sensitive content...

and I currently have a 640GB external HDD jacked to my PC now... for storage of what I need.

I'm planning on buying a router HDD so I can store things in my whole network... aiming for 500GB+.
