After the error appears, skip it by going to the next site. I just voted a bit ago, the first site was down and all I had to do was move to the next one. So I repeat my earlier instructions, when you receive the error, click Next in the top right corner and move on.

I voted but I think I did it wrong. I voted up then entered in verification code, but I didn't see where to put in the matthew thing. Anyway oh well lol.

Same here. There's nothing that tells me where to put Matthew. It was just a button that said "Vote!" with a captcha above it.
