For People who only Want to do posts and not topics I can only manage one deal for you guys,

30 posts 200 FP cash.
And the posts should not look like spam and must be atleast 10 words per post on average.
(on average means not every post should be of that length but if you see all posts on average their length should be close to 10 words per post.)

I should be able to make five topics, but just a question about the gaming section. Are the categories just for the Flash games or are they for game discussion as well (eg: discussing LoZ in the 'Adventure' section)?

no the categories are just for flash games, for gaming discussions we have the parent directory of all those flash game categories called Gamin Zone,
