200 FP Resize This Image

Can I get somebody to resize the image below to 60 x 51 and make it all transparent. I also would like a normal version, faded version and a version with a padlock on it. These are going to be my forum icons.

We can't make a transparent image a gif.

I think you can. Because the images on my forum are .GIF. I do not want them animated.

Well the only way we could do that is if we remove the background.

Thats all I want. 😛 I just need the server computer. One that is 50% faded and one that is 50% faded with the lock on it.
