Hello, I am proud to announce that the NFL pick'em competition has returned to Forum Promotion! We have done this twice in the past. Agent started it back in 2010, I took it over in 2011, and no one did it in 2012. As long as we have enough interest, this fun NFL competition is back!
Alright, so how does this work? You just pick the winner of each game. There will be a list of all of the NFL games each week that you can fill out with who you think the winner will be. For the games that are in red on the list, you also guess the total amount of the two teams' points scored together. This may sound confusing, but it's not. This will become very simple as time goes on.
Please make each prediction BOLD. (For example: Pittsburgh @ Baltimore)
Scoring:
1 point for picking the winner.
0 points for picking the loser.
Prizes:
1st Place - 2,000 FP$.
2nd Place - 1,500 FP$.
3rd Place - 1,000 FP$.
The weekly winner will receive 100 FP$. If the weekly winner is a tie, no one wins any FP$. At the end of the season, the top three win the prizes that are listed above.
Submitting Your Picks:
Find the post that lists the games for that week. Bold the team you think will win. Picks are always due before the games start, but you do not have to submit them all at once. For example, I have no problem with you waiting to submit your Monday Night Football pick until Monday afternoon. As long as your picks are submitted before the games start, then it is fine.
Standings:
You can find the standings by going to the latest NFL pick 'em update post. When I post the picks for the next week, I will post the results of the week before and the overall standings will be included. So, just find the latest update post to find the current standings.
