2018, 2022 World Cup decided

Russia will host the 2018 World Cup and Qatar will host the 2022 World Cup...what are your thoughts on these two decisions?

USA should have gotten 2022... I was really looking forward to it.

We all knew Qatar would get it, though.

Qatar put into perspective (climate)

The average high temperature in July in Qatar is 116.

Phoenix is 106

Jackson, Miss is 91.4

This is just flat out irresponsible from FIFA. In no way are they considering the safety of the players. To play a soccer match in 120 degree temperature is absurd.

And air conditioning in these proposed stadiums will help fans, not players.

Qatar have said that they're looking into ways of lowering heat in stadiums. With 12 years, I think they are able to do it.

Too bad the United States didn't get it. Chicago was denied the Olympics last year as well. Not fair. 🙁

What really matters here is that players give all of their effort to win the cup and to provide good entertainment to the assistants. No one will ever be agree with the country that host the WC.
