Myself and 22_22 just had a fantastic game of Fifa 11.

Great match. The first half saw Liverpool go ahead in the 22nd minute after a fantastic goal from Luiz Suarez from 25 yards. A beautiful corner in from Gerrard and then there was a scramble, ball came out and Luiz Suarez struck it into an almost empty net. (keeper was other side of goal)
Barcelona responded within 4 minutes with possibly the worst goal ever seen on Fifa 11. Two players beat my defence (defence is very slow) and Barcelona simply passed the ball across my keeper and tapped it in. Not good at all. 😛
Just before half time Liverpool won a 30-yard freekick. A Barcelona player managed to get himself on the line before Gerrard struck it, but couldn't jump high enough to block the ball from going into the top right hand corner of the net.
Half time, and it's 2-1 Liverpool.
Second half, Messi is through on goal but Reina manages to deny him and smash the ball upfield where it lands at Steven Gerrard's feet, fantastic shot from just outside the semi-circle, only to be denied at the last minute by Barcelona's keeper who dived to the right to save the shot.
80 minutes comes and a fantastic pass upfield from Barcelona's defence saw the ball land at Messi's feet, he done brilliantly to take it around 2 Liverpool defenders and slot it into the the bottom corner beyond Reina's reach. 2-2 with 10 minutes left.
Liverpool responded in excellent fashion with a goal on 82 minutes, Luiz Suarez latches onto a fantastic cross from Dirk Kuyt and places a perfect head on the ball to send it into the net. Liverpool were bombarded with attack after attack from Barcelona in the last 8 minutes, attack after attack, but managed to hold out.
Game ends and possession is 51-49 in Barcelona's favour, a very close match but Liverpool just edged it today!
