You have a total of 407, which is a very impressive amount of members. It's impressive because you've been open since June and you have that many members. You can always get more of course by using some of the services here at Forum Promotion.

- and just advertising on different promotion sites

You have about 84 active members. That's not a bad number, but it's not a great number. Meaning, for having 407 registered members you should have about 150-200 active members. Again there are ways you can get this up, again try post exchanges, or try making competitions to get users involved in and offer great features and new information everyday and people will want to come back and visit!
Number Of Posts (Spam or Otherwise): (8 out of 10)
You have a total of 16,955, which is a great amount of posts. To me that's a pretty impressive number but I would expect it to be around maybe 20,000-25,000 posts since you have about 84 active members.
Appearance (First Impressions):(19 out of 20)
A banner always makes a forum look good, and yours just blows me away. You automatically know what the forum is about and the whole skin matches it. I really don't think there is much more you can do to make your forum look any better then it already does. The ads look like a pain, but then again that most likely costs money per month to get rid of. Other then that, the appearance of your forum is amazing.
Layout: (20 out of 20)
I think your forum is very thought out and has a lot of creative and exciting categories/forums. I'm a 24 fan myself, so when I see the forums for the literature, seasons, and 24 forum games it makes me want to register on there myself! Great job and I don't think anything else has to be added.
Moderation: (9 out of 10)
First I just want to mention that I love how you named the moderating team Counter-Terrorist Unit, that's awesome. Second, you have 3 moderators. Once your forum increases with activity again with the new season, hopefully, you might want to look into getting maybe two more moderators. You don't want your forum to be filled with spam or anything else like that.
Activity:(4 out of 10)
Again you only have 84 active members, but me being a member on there I know that only maybe 10 people actually do post at this time. I think part of it is because 24 has been forgotten, but don't be crying for long! The new season is on the way and when it comes out people will be looking for 24 forums to discuss and chat about, so start advertising around the time of the new season and join a lot of promotion sites!
Spelling and Grammar(10 out of 10)
Your spelling and grammar on the site is very good. I would think it to be filled with spammers and such, but it's not. I've got nothing else to say here, so great job!
