Number of Members: 7/10: 48 is a decent amount of members for a forum open since April. Could be better, but still good.
Number of Active Members: 4/10: Only 6 members have over 100 posts, and 34 (not including me) have under 10 posts.
Number of Posts (spam or otherwise): 6/10: You have over 2000 posts which is a good amount, but you could have more. Also, almost 1/4 are in games.
Appearance (first impressions): 10/10: You have an EXCELLENT skin, and an EXCELLENT banner. Very good job.
Layout: 8/10: Good layout, but too many forums. I would suggest merging some.
Moderation: 9/10: You have 2 moderatiors, a good amount for a forum your size, and they seem to be friendly and actice. Well done!
Activity: 7/10: A few forums have been recently posted in, but some have little or no posts.
Overall mark (out of 100): 74/100: I would suggest getting members to post, perhaps with a contest and sending a mass email. Good luck with a nice forum though!

And I've sent a couple mass e-mails, but I don't want to send too many because I don't like to spam, and I'm currently holding a referral competition on my forum where whoever gets over 5 referrals wins free advertising on my forum.
