First Impressions & Appearance - (Out of 20)
First thing I notice, is a very bland, yet professional skin. You're a hosting site, and it's not your job to be crazy looking, just to provide hosting, and support on your site.
Your site does the job, is what I mean. You provide all the information for people who use your site to host, and those who are interested. There's nothing else you can do to become better in this area, other than a small thing, which is that donation bar. You're a site that offers paid service, not free service, mostly. That's like microsoft asking you donate them after you order a new Windows, it's just not a feasible thing.. I'd remove that bar, if I were you.
Other than the donation bar, all good in this area.

Site Layout - (Out of 20)
The layout isn't bad at all. Like I said before, it gets the job done. You have an area for testomonial, which is extremely important on a hosting site, and also, a well drawn out area for support... there's nothing else you can really do for your layout... I do suggest maybe deleting that forum games area though, this is a hosting site, not a forum game/discussion board.

Statistics and Activity - (Out of 20)
It was founded roughly 5-6 months ago, and you've already got yourself 5,000 post, 70 members, which is great. That's about 1,000 posts per month, and about 12 registrations a month. Posting statistics are good, but registrations, are a little poor, I think. You should advertise the site more. I hardly see it around FP, other than for this review.

Staff Moderation - (Out of 20)
Most would say you've got WAY too much staff, but that's the contrary, your forum is about hosting and support, and you run a host, so you need a lot of staff, that can help people who use your service, at any time of day almost. I do have to say, there's no reason for a " Tech Admin " Group, and an " Admin " group. Both do the same thing, so just combine them, i think.

Spelling/Grammar & Professionalism - (Out of 20)
This is a paid site, so it's required to be professional and spell and use proper grammar, which you seem to do throughout.
I did catch a mistake in the " Hosting Support and questions " board, you should capitalize the word " questions " and also, the description, should start with a capitol. The description is the following:

I already have a host for my site, who I like very much, but I'd say that if you put your prices somewhere on the top banner, and put discounts and stuff up there, you'd get a lot of customers.
