First Impressions & Appearance - (Out of 20)
The colors of the forum are alright, but the "Guest Announcements" blue text is hard to read against that back background. I would recomend a lighter color for the blue text. By the way, the Guest Announcements show up for members too.
The Welcome message on the Portal could be filled in with a little more info. The 'Menu' buttons are a little out dated compared to the style. Also, the banner does not fit the style of the forum.
Overall, the forum needs a good amount of look-over to become great.

The layout of the forum looks fine to me. All of the forums are in their spot and I would change nothing about that.

Statistics and Activity - (Out of 20)
Total posts 1166 • Total topics 199 • Total members 25; To be honest, these stats arn't that good. You have only had 28 Users online in the past 24 hours and you don't have that many topics for that amount of members. I would work on that a lot for you to do better.

Staff Moderation - (Out of 20)
First of all, you have no color key to show you who is staff and who isn't. Its better to have a key to tell who is who.
Second, you have three admins for a board that only has 25 members. That is way too much. Move at least one of them to a Moderator. You have a mild overstaffment at the moment.

Spelling/Grammar & Professionalism - (Out of 20)
The spelling and grammar of the forums and the announcement posts are horrible. You misspell so many words, forget punctuation marks, etc. If you want people to take you seriously, fix all of those Spelling and Grammar mistakes, and people will start to see you as a Professional.
