It was, however it is no longer in the game, therefore doesn't exist anymore, no matter how good it was.

The 2nd largest devoted solely to promotion I think would probably be forumansion.

Why do people want big ones, if they really wanted to advertise they would go to every promotion forum, no matter how big or small, and advertise there, then at least you could be a steady member of the community since even the start.
