I no longer eat breakfast anymore so I can maintain my weight. I want to get down to 170 lbs (currently at 188 lbs). I didn't eat breakfast when I was younger either. I feel like 3 meals a day is too much. I mainly just eat twice a day and I've completely sworn off snacking.
I eat 3 meals a day. I used to have an eating disorder when I was a teenager and now I can't skip meals or I feel as if I'm back in that mode of starvation. I don't want to go back to that type of mindset.
I typically will have all three meals and snacks in between. On my days off I'll have a bigger breakfast but before work I usually just drink a Carnation Breakfast Essentials.
I’ve never cared for breakfast, or the typical breakfast food. Eating bacon or whatever just makes me sluggish. On my days off, I’ll usually have two meals a day. Lunch and dinner. On the days I work, I typically just eat dinner.
I'm trying to get back to a proper meal schedule, because I've thrown myself so far off. Right now I don't usually eat until about 7:30pm, and that's it. One meal and then some snacking ( ) into the late hours of the night. I'm doing myself no favours that way, so I want to completely switch my diet around, back to how I used to eat (the typical diabetic schedule I was taught was breakfast, snack 2 hours later, lunch, snack 2 hours later, dinner, snack two hours later, supper -- eat small meals plus a small snack early and often and you will never feel hungry and keep your metabolism working).
I intermittent fast so don't eat a good 13 hours overnight. I was never a breakfast eater. Mine is more "brunch". Then I eat dinner with my husband. I may have a few healthy snacks in between if I'm hungry.
