Every hour you get an extra 20. Every so often, in your sector, there will be links to polls and other things that'll get you some new turns.

Here is a tip. Do not train any stat but accuracy. It makes the game very unbalanced, but that is the truth lol.

Yeah its neat. And you know, you gain AP to use for raising stats every time you level up. Go to your sector, you will have a ton, use them all on accuracy. But first click achievements on the menu bar, and claim achievements for more turns.
