Your Quick Review
Pros:
At first glance, I saw your banner. I can automatically see the XBox 360, it stand's out, so I dont have to stick my face right next to the screen, so I automatically know what your site is about. I then just basically scanned the page to see if there was any evidence as to what your site was about, even if I already know. I can certainly tell by the green theme you have happening, pretty much every header, menu, and even youtube video play bar, is green, which definitely suit's what the blog is about.
I also like the tag cloud you have, how it scroll's around when you move the mouse, which is pretty cool

Cons:
The name of your site up the top, along with the description, look very plain. You could easily fix this by going into a Graphics Program, and just inserting text onto a white background, and that at least will give the impression that you have put something into the site at very first glance. Also I noticed that the menu on the right extended the page a bit, you probably dont really need the Gamer Tag part, but if you really want it, it isn't a massive issue.
The menu, well my thoughts are that the gradient used doesn't look right, because it scales all the way down to black, a bit of a darkish grey would probably be better, but I am not sure if you can change that or not, but it isn't a big deal, it just doesn't look right.
Final/General Thoughts:
I like where this is heading, I haven't seen many 360 blogs (mind you, I dont like 360's much), but an international news blog about the 360 could get a lot of people interested, especially if you made some friends on XBox Live and told them.
What was most liked about the website/forums:
I liked the chosen theme, it goes well with the Green, which stand's out on the XBox, and has been a trademark colour. Also the banner is simple, and straight away tells you what the blog is about, which is perfect.
What was disliked most about the website/forums:
Just the basic name and description of the blog, it's not bad, just not as good as it should be, and should only take 1 minute of work to fix.
