First Impressions & Appearance - (Out of 20)
When first viewing your forum, I could definitely tell that it was for the Xbox 360. The theme is nice on the eyes, and the forum's maneuvering is fairly easy. I did notice that the 360 OL-Shop's button is a bit bigger in size. I would maybe advise re-making the button so that it's similar to the other navbuttons.

Site Layout - (Out of 20)
First thing I noticed was the " 360 Lobby Premium Forums" category. As a guest (and/or a member), I would despise seeing that category because then It would bother me trying to figure out what kind of discussions are going on in there. Maybe make the category hidden for non-premium members.
I personally think there are too many categories and boards on the main page. The Manga/Anime can have their boards under 'Chit-Chat'. You also have allot of boards for Xbox-360 related things. Which, I can understand why, but it would be wise to make the majority of them sub boards.
Something that really put me off on your forum is the fact that your "Anime Girls" board is open to guests. Most Anime pictures, even if no nudity is showing, can be close to porn. It would be very wise to make it so that board is hidden to guests.

Statistics and Activity - (Out of 20)
Doing a quick skim of the boards (not counting sub-boards), I see a few boards with allot of posts, however, I also see a majority of boards that have under 20 posts. That makes your forum look inactive, and also makes it look like all the activity is centered in one portion of your forum. It's always best to have activity over the entire forum, not just one section.
Seeing as the forum has been open for over a year (or close to it), I'd of thought there would be more members than just 100. Although, I guess having over 3K posts makes up for lack of members. In the top posters list, you and another admin are the highest posters. I am one to pride on the main admin having the most posts, but you have over 900 posts. Which means the majority of forum posts are by you, not your members. This can be a major turn off to guests, as it makes the admin seem desperate for posts.

Staff Moderation - (Out of 20)
You have around 10 staff members, one of them is a member of multiple staff groups. Considering the size of your forum, 10 staff members is overkill. If anything, just you and a moderator should be needed.
Almost all of your staff, except for one, is active. The best thing to do would be remove the inactive staff member. Having inactive staff can reflect badly on the forum. Your staff seem friendly and professional, which will make guests and potential members want to join more.

Spelling/Grammar & Professionalism - (Out of 20)
You and your staff seem to use good grammar and spelling in posts, though I did find some minor issues with a few of your staff who didn't capitalize letters at all. Your staff definitely get along with your members well, and do know when to play and when not too.
For the "Staff Openings" description you have -
Time to time 360 Lobby will be recuriting new staff members, we will let you know so you can apply in here.
I would change it to -From time to time, the 360 lobby will be recruiting new staff members to help around the forum. When we need staff, you will find all the info in this board.
For "Xbox 360 Gaming And Discussions", in the board description there is
That includes, games, hardware, software, news and updates, and. I would swamp
and for &.
Xbox 30 modding discussions:
Discuss modding programs, and Xbox 360 mods and modding in general.
I would rewrite that to "Discuss anything relating to Xbox 360 modding.".
I noticed a few other minor mistakes in descriptions, but it'd probably take up the whole post to list them. You might wish to proof-read the descriptions and make sure it sounds right.
