~sad~ well, ill be honest, after the game neither side deserved it.
But i hate penalties....it defeats the whole object of the game... ~rolleyes~
 
I didn't see the game...nor see any highlights although I hear United played terribly, and Everton are always underestimated. I always knew Everton would give them a tough game, and was expecting a quality match.

As for the Penalties, when you see that Everton missed their first and United's first two were saved you have to give a huge amount of Credit to Tim Howard and the penalty takers. Chelsea vs Everton will be a thrilling final (from a neutrals point of view), can't wait ~smile~

Completely agree. Especially when you consider penalties have stopped Englands progress in Euro 2004, and World Cup 2006...both times against Portugal ~mad~

and howard was pretty god!
 
I dont think so, at least its a team play off..n not whos lucky enough to hit the back of the goal.

In my eyes, penalties dont win the game...like if Man U gained the win, i would think they didnt deserve it...its not a win,its luck.not talent.
