Its Half Forum Half Website .. You See If You Register You Can Chat If NoT You Can Only View The SIte.

Well the competition is called Forum Of The Month and its for forums not websites.

Also could you stop starting every letter with a capital as it is getting annoying

To be honest their is no point you being in it if no one can see the forum. No one will sign up just to see if they will vote for it. Anyway there is more fields on that registration page then there is English people in England. It will take about half an hour to fill them it out.

Unless you have a forum visible to guests then you can not be entered into it. -n-
