4 Reasons Why Businesses Are Scared To Turn Into A Brand

I read your post and you have rightly explained reasons for a business to turn into brand. I mostly agree with lack of awareness, money and no immediate ROI as main factors for businesses to not take this risk.
 
Fear of "no return" is understandable. I mean, I was dead-set thinking I would pursue drumming as a career, not only a hobby. I mean, I even had 8,000 likes on my drumming FB page now! However, reality set in the other day - and I realized - if I could build another 8,000 list for hosting - I could get a return, no doubt.
