Hasn't got any traffic at the moment no.

Not sure, I'm open to offers at the moment but I think $30 would be a reasonable price.

No, it could be used as some sort of unofficial AS site, and having a domain like that would be good.

The thing with a domain that infringe's on a trademark is that Ubisoft can take it away from you whenever they want. Profiting off of a trademark through misguided users is grounds for that.

Surely just buying the domains isn't against the law? And I highly doubt they can just take it off you.

It is, it's trademark infringement, and it's illegal to profit off of one's trademark so selling it would be illegal to. Don't believe me? Go ask in the legal section of any Domainer forum.

It's illegal to profit off of their trademark, I'm 95% sure it's illegal just to sell it. Can always check on http://namepros.com and ask there but I'm pretty sure they'll give you the same response.
