What this is, is a banner exchange that allows you to advertise your website, board, or blog for free.

The concept is this: For every view on the banner code that you are provided, you are given 2 views for your banner to be shown on the websites or forums of others that has been given their own banner code. So basically, 1 view on the banners shown on your forum, gets 2 views for your banner to be seen on other forums. Who wouldn't want that? 😀
