I'm guessing hardly anyone else is keeping their banners up...You need to stop giving away free credits and that might give people something to keep the banner up.
 
Technically I havent given 10k views out to the last couple of people that signed up after you, because I have advertised the rotator on a few places. But of course, either they are not active forums, or they are not using the code.
