There is a post requirement for some sections to prevent spam. Just the marketplace and some offtopic sections should not work. Everything else should be open.

I did look into it.

The sections you cannot access are in the marketplace. Those sections are for people who selling legit items only.

I made a test account and tried.

But you do have access to all of the other forums. So unless you would like to post a for sale ad on my forum, the site is working as it was designed to.
