So the post exchange is just maximum for 10/10, after that if make more posts in your forum, it won't be counted for post exchange, but just for euro cash, right?

Okay, it's activated. Sorry for the inconvenience, I wonder why. Another friend also mentioned that he's not getting email to yahoo address. I shall check with IPB customer service.
