Notes?: I have been working on a theme for my forum. (Btw if you go to promotion-tools.net, its not that theme..) Anyways, I need a nice looking header for my theme.. You can see the template above.. Feel free to recreate the template, as long as its around the same. The theme doesn't have any colors yet, I'll base it around this.. Preferably colorful though like blue/greens ect.. The blue in the bottom center is where the nav bar will go.. Would like to keep that outer border..
Just pretty much need a nice looking header..
Just saying Promotion-Tools with a slogan or something, and maybe some tools. Striped background on nav bar area (its blue in the template) and stripes on the main logo area (black on the template)..
