And we need an AWESOME logo. I mean it. This can't be something that I could have done myself from messing around for 25 minutes in Gimp + Paint.NET. And don't try just using a simple but cool looking font on me, believe me, I've seen them all at places like dafont.com and all that.
I fell in love with Bethesda Softworks' Logo (below) and decided that it should be something like that. Cool 3D-ish font with a cool image like that gear around it, but not fully covering it. Furthermore, THERE CANNOT BE A BACKGROUND! It needs to just be words, with AWESOME effects, transparant background.
This Logo needs to be the definition of awesome, any shiny (but not too shiny) effects or wotnought are greatly welcomed. And the lettering needs to be pretty kick-arse too. Something that you couldn't do with Gimp. And we're also an evil empire. Anything of twisted evil will be MORE than welcomed, in fact, I won't accept something that just isn't really evil or twisted.
Cool effects, 3D lettering, Make the "V" stand out, and the "Empire" and "Studios" awesome, but not as standing as the V. Then put some cool awesome image to finish the logo to boot. I also perfer the colors, Black, Blood Red, and Crimson. Use a combo of any. AND a transparant background...and the Image that wraps around the text should NOT blend in with the text, but rather, wrap around like the gear does for Bethesda. And remember, think evil.....think devious.
I've included a template of how I want it to look, but that is NOT what I want remember, it's just a template of my preferences. The dotted lines wrapping around where the image should be. use creativity, and remember, awesome effects.
