Advice? They are all going to my spam folder, but it's kinda clogging the folder and I can't tell which are spam and which are not.

You pretty much answered your own question. If it is going to your spam folder just ignore it, honestly or delete it all to clean it out. If you can't tell the difference between spam and what isn't. If you think something that shouldn't be spam and it is going there then just simply read the title message of each email and use common sense from there and mark them as non-spam so they won't go into the spam folder anymore that you don't want to go there.

I always get spam in my folder, I just delete all of them at once. Not often that I see an good email that's not spam

Most of the emails you are not expecting to receive are Spam. Anything that comes from a sender you can't identify - person or company - is best to treat it as Spam. Read the titles and you will start seeing patterns. Avoid opening them. Especially if the Title indicates they know you but you clearly don't. There are many of "look this crazy picture of you I found" or "I am moving back" type of fishing scams, so if it doesn't sound like it comes from a genuine friend, ignore it. Never ever click any links or open mails with attachments just to see if that can help you recognise them. They might be counting on that to spread their malware or get your details. Never reply back either, many send emails unsure of which address are still active, your reply pretty much will confirm that you are active and willing to talk (open to persuasion). When it comes to emails forget about the benefit of doubt. Genuine notifications will be on the websites you visit and really important things will send follow up emails.

Once you have crossed all the emails from unknown senders you might still have one or two claiming to be from a known place like paypal or facebook, don't judge them on how official they look. The first give away s if they are addressing your username or proper names directly during the message. Fake websites can't address you directly because they don't have your details in their database so they use instead catch-all phrases such as "dear friend", "valuable customer" and other similars. Check their email address, official ones will have the domain of the real website on it, spoofs will not. If you have doubts on a genuine looking notification from a site you actually visit (like facebook) don't click the link in the email and instead manually access the website to find whatever the notification claims is there. I've received paypal notifications about my account about to be closed because it was flagged down. Those are boggus preying on the impulse.

I hope that can be of help.

I also receive many spam mails but not that much. Yeah, unfamiliar emails go directly to the spam folder but I had to sort them out just to be sure. Sometimes a legit email goes to the spam folder. The emails in the spam folder have a life of 2 weeks.

If I am expecting an email, then I will know to check my spam folder. If I'm not and it goes to spam, then that's unfortunate but I can't have been looking out for it that much. You should still be able to do a search on your spam folder. If all else fails, make a new (or multiple) email address for personal business, and use the other for signing up for things. My personal email address doesn't get much spam at all.

I just read every email then reply or archive it. I avoid deleting emails.
